Job description

AI & Automation Knowledge Implementation Manager

We are looking for a Knowledge Manager to lead and scale an AI-first knowledge ecosystem within the organization. In this role, you will own and scale the company’s AI & Automation Knowledge Ecosystem, ensuring that AI tools, internal platforms, automations, and best practices are documented, taught, and actively adopted across the business.

You will act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams, enabling employees and stakeholders to effectively use AI, automation, and internal solutions. The role focuses on building a structured, living knowledge base, delivering trainings and workshops, and establishing governance and standards for AI and automation knowledge across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the company’s AI & Automation Knowledge Ecosystem, covering internal AI usage, automations, platforms, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Build, maintain, and govern a living AI Knowledge Base and Use Case Repository that is simple, searchable, and actively used.

  • Lead monthly and quarterly knowledge-sharing sessions, internal demos, and updates in collaboration with AI Champions and key stakeholders.

  • Design and deliver tailored AI trainings, workshops, and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical teams.

  • Establish knowledge management standards, taxonomy, and documentation practices for AI and automation content.

  • Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams to support end-to-end AI and automation use case development.

  • Oversee data ingestion processes and quality control for knowledge assets, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.

  • Design and manage classification and retrieval structures to improve knowledge reuse.

  • Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve knowledge processes, tools, and training materials.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in knowledge management, AI enablement, internal platforms, or documentation in a data- or AI-driven organization.

  • Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and knowledge engineering with a practical, business-focused mindset.

  • Hands-on experience building or managing knowledge bases, documentation systems, or AI enablement platforms.

  • Ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into clear, usable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, product, and business teams.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills for workshops, demos, and structured learning programs.

  • Systems-thinking mindset focused on structure, governance, and adoption rather than theory.

Conditions

  • Competitive salary.

  • Work from anywhere: Fully remote to suit your lifestyle.

  • Unlimited PTO that we actually encourage you to use—for adventures, recovery, or just because.

  • Growth-focused environment: Access to learning resources and clear pathways for growth.

  • Fun team events: From virtual pasta-making to yoga sessions, we make remote feel close.

  • A culture of trust: We cut the red tape — open talk, ownership, and getting things done together. Results over rules, always.
