Responsibilities
•Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns, VAST tags, and third-party trackers.
• Lead the technical onboarding of new platforms and ensure all technical aspects are handled smoothly.
• Collaborate with the Supply Operations Manager during onboarding to address technical challenges.
• Explore and evaluate new advertising platforms, testing their capabilities and integration potential.
• Write clear and concise instructions and documentation for platform integrations.
• Manage testing phases and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing.
• Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in the digital advertising space to optimize performance.
• Proactively identify and adopt new tools and technologies in the digital advertising space to optimize performance.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in programmatic advertising, especially in troubleshooting.

  • Proven ability to work with VAST tags, third-party trackers, and various programmatic platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical issues and campaign optimization.

  • Ability to explore and adapt to new platforms and technology solutions.

  • Fluent English for writing clear technical documentation, along with strong communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for data accuracy and process integrity.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
