  • Review and validate test results, and guide the team in identifying additional optimization and monetization opportunities.

  • Clearly communicate what has been tested, what works, what does not work, and why.

  • Provide executive leadership with clear conclusions, recommendations, and an understanding of the limitations of different approaches.

  • Partner closely with Sales to understand market and client needs and adapt operations accordingly.

  • Collaborate with Product on product direction, testing, operational feedback, and future development.

  • Collaborate with Engineering on technical feasibility and implementation.

  • Build scalable workflows, introduce automation, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Lead hiring, team development, performance management, and organizational changes.

Job requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech, or a closely related programmatic technology environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and supply-side operations, including SSPs, bid requests, curation, monetization, vendor optimization, testing, and traffic-source evaluation.

  • Strong technical understanding of programmatic operations, with the ability to review and validate technical and operational testing results.

  • Proven experience leading teams of 20+ people, including hiring, team development, performance management, and handling terminations when necessary.

  • Proven ability to lead complex operational and technical initiatives from concept through implementation.

  • Experience improving revenue performance, margins, operational efficiency, or supply quality.

  • Strong business judgment and the ability to balance technical, operational, commercial, product, and client considerations.

  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and directly to C-level stakeholders.

  • Experience working with the US programmatic advertising market is strongly preferred.

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
