Job description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a C-level leader in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and focuses on bringing structure to initiatives, coordinating cross-functional work, and ensuring execution across multiple parallel projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic setting, working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendar, priorities, and daily operational workflow.
• Structure ideas and initiatives into clear action plans.
• Track multiple initiatives and follow up with stakeholders on progress.
• Build and maintain a centralized roadmap across ongoing projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication across business units.
• Prepare presentations, internal materials, and leadership updates.
• Organize travel, visas, and related logistics.
• Manage executive communications and follow-ups across Slack, email, and meetings.
• Help systematize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Support hiring and other operational initiatives as needed.
• Improve workflows using AI tools and automation where applicable.
Job requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level leadership in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and track progress across teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience turning high-level ideas into structured action plans and follow-ups.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution.
• Strong ownership and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.
• Advanced English.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
• Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and logistics.
• Experience coordinating visas and international travel arrangements.
• Experience in AdTech, digital marketing, or technology companies.
• Based in Cyprus or available to work within CET time zone.
