Legal Operations Specialist / Media Contracting

Job description
Own the full contract lifecycle (MSAs, NDAs, IOs, SOWs, vendor agreements)
Build and improve legal workflows, SLAs, and intake processes
Partner with product, finance, and commercial teams on contract execution
Standardize templates and maintain contract tracking/reporting
Identify risks, improve processes, and support compliance efforts
Contribute to automation and AI-driven legal operations over time
Job requirements
Commercial contracting experience
Familiarity with U.S. legal frameworks
Background in legal operations or similar roles
Experience building or improving processes
Strong organizational skills and fluent English
Nice to have:
Experience with tools like DocuSign, Asana, Jira
GDPR or compliance exposure
AdTech / digital industry experience
Interest in AI and automation
