We’re looking for a results-focused campaign specialist to execute and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms. You’ll analyze performance, solve issues quickly, and turn data into clear actions. This role requires ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive measurable growth while collaborating with the team.

Be the Architect of Campaigns
: Take the lead in executing and managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they resonate with our audience and deliver results.‍

Unlock Insights: Prepare in-depth reports and metrics that not only showcase campaign performance but also offer actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.‍

Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot and resolve any ad serving or performance issues, keeping campaigns on track and clients happy.‍

Dashboard Management: Update and maintain engaging dashboards that track the progress of campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and spotlight areas for improvement.‍

Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with senior managers and team leads, providing support to streamline workflows and drive the team's success.

Job requirements

Experience: At least 2-3 years in a media or digital agency, where you've honed your skills in a fast-paced environment.

DSP Expertise: Proficiency in DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, other DSPs.

Analytical Mindset: A knack for crunching numbers paired with an intuitive approach to problem-solving.

Team Spirit: You're a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
