Job description

  • Prepare, schedule, and distribute internal communications, including company announcements, reminders, and employee recognition posts.

  • Coordinate and support employee feedback initiatives by managing surveys, tracking participation, and summarizing key insights.

  • Provide organizational and logistical support for Culture Committee initiatives, including company events, team-building activities, and offsites.

  • Maintain and regularly update the internal knowledge base, ensuring company information, onboarding materials, policies, and employee FAQs are accurate and up to date.

  • Support People & Culture projects on an ad hoc basis, assisting with coordination, documentation, and execution.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned with broader People & Culture and company-wide goals.

  • Support the employee lifecycle processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding support, engagement surveys, and offboarding coordination.

Job requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or assistant role, preferably within Human Resources, People & Culture, Internal Communications.

  • Fluent in English (C1 level).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and email newsletters, as well as documentation platforms like Google Workspace and Slite, is a plus.
