Job description
Prepare, schedule, and distribute internal communications, including company announcements, reminders, and employee recognition posts.
Coordinate and support employee feedback initiatives by managing surveys, tracking participation, and summarizing key insights.
Provide organizational and logistical support for Culture Committee initiatives, including company events, team-building activities, and offsites.
Maintain and regularly update the internal knowledge base, ensuring company information, onboarding materials, policies, and employee FAQs are accurate and up to date.
Support People & Culture projects on an ad hoc basis, assisting with coordination, documentation, and execution.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned with broader People & Culture and company-wide goals.
Support the employee lifecycle processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding support, engagement surveys, and offboarding coordination.
Job requirements
1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or assistant role, preferably within Human Resources, People & Culture, Internal Communications.
Fluent in English (C1 level).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and email newsletters, as well as documentation platforms like Google Workspace and Slite, is a plus.
