Job description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on day-to-day people-related questions and ensuring a consistent employee experience

  • Drive employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives by initiating engagement surveys and feedback cycles, defining methodology, analyzing results, and turning insights into actionable improvements

  • Support and advise employees on company policies, benefits, and workplace practices, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure quality and alignment with internal standards, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating smooth handovers in partnership with the People Coordinator

  • Partner closely with managers on employee relations topics, performance feedback, career development conversations, and sensitive people matters

  • Support conflict resolution and case management, ensuring fair, professional, and values-driven outcomes

  • Contribute to the rollout and continuous improvement of HR programs and initiatives aligned with business goals and employee well-being

  • Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating trainings and tracking participation to promote continuous growth across teams

Job requirements

  • 3–4 years of general HR experience, with at least 2 years in a People Partner or similar role.

  • Prior experience supporting a team of 50+ employees, with hands-on involvement in various HR tasks.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Rippling is a plus).

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written, B2+ level or higher).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks independently.
