Job description
We are looking for a Product Readiness Manager to help drive the successful adoption, positioning, and rollout of our products across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, acting as the bridge between the teams building solutions and the teams responsible for bringing those solutions to market. While the role is closely connected to client needs and feedback, its primary focus is enabling internal teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively position, sell, support, and maximize product adoption.
The ideal candidate combines strong product understanding with exceptional communication and organizational skills, and thrives in highly cross-functional environments where alignment, execution, and continuous improvement are critical.
Responsibilities:
Product Communication & Enablement: Serve as the central hub for all product updates. Announce new capabilities across communication channels, prepare detailed feature descriptions, and lead training for Strategy and Growth teams to ensure seamless understanding of the Elevate platform.
Cross-Functional Material Readiness: Own the feature release checklist to ensure no materials are missing or unsatisfactory prior to launch. Partner with Marketing and Strategy to produce high-quality collateral, and hand off technical details for external marketing updates.
Platform Feedback Loop Management: Centralize and manage all internal and external platform feedback (via Asana, CS, and Strategy). Collaborate on pod meetings and interview Growth team members to uncover friction points and actionable product opportunities.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular, up-to-date competitor analysis. Extract tactical insights from product demos and direct client requests to feed the roadmap and ensure we continuously meet the latest market needs.
Beta Testing & Feature Validation: Identify suitable clients for alpha and beta testing programs, coordinate pilot programs for new feature releases, collect structured feedback, and collaborate with Product teams to validate functionality before broader rollout.
Job requirements
3+ years of experience working within the AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media ecosystem.
Experience supporting product launches, product adoption, go-to-market initiatives, or cross-functional product enablement programs.
Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, media buying workflows, campaign planning, optimization processes, and DSP platforms.
Experience delivering product demonstrations, training sessions, stakeholder presentations, and customer or user interviews.
Ability to work effectively across Product, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Client Success teams.
Experience conducting competitive intelligence and market research.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice to Have
Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
Experience managing alpha and beta testing programs.
Familiarity with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.
