Job description

  1. Lead AI Digital’s presence on LinkedIn, our primary channel for thought leadership, product news, and industry insights.

    • Plan, create, and publish content that positions AI Digital as an industry leader in AI-driven media and programmatic innovation.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing, PR & Communications, Smart Supply and Elevate Marketing, and People & Culture) to gather updates and transform them into engaging, platform-tailored posts.

    • Support employer branding and recruitment visibility through consistent storytelling about our people, culture, and workplace.

    • Partner with the creative team to develop visuals, short videos, and carousels aligned with brand guidelines.

    • Manage and maintain a content calendar across all corporate channels, ensuring consistency in tone, frequency, and messaging.

    • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and relevant industry conversations.

    • Analyze post performance and social data to inform future content and optimize engagement.

  2. Expand our brand voice across other platforms:

    • Lead Instagram as a culture-first storytelling channel for behind-the-scenes, employee, and event content.

    • Coordinate exploratory content for TikTok and X, adapting thought leadership and company moments into short-form, accessible narratives.

Job requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within B2B or tech-driven industries.

  • Strong grasp of platform-specific content — what engages on LinkedIn versus Instagram or TikTok.

  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills in English: clear, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to gather input from various stakeholders and turn it into cohesive, high-impact content.

  • Comfortable working with Canva; familiarity with HubSpot or similar CMS tools is a plus.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency.
