Job description

  • Own the Full Recruitment Cycle Across LATAM, Europe, and the USA: Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple geographies — from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and closing. Navigate regional nuances in candidate expectations, market dynamics, and hiring timelines while keeping the process efficient and aligned with business needs.

  • Build and Scale a Global Talent Pipeline: Source talent across LATAM, European, and US markets using LinkedIn, job boards, local professional networks, and internal referrals. Develop a strong understanding of each region's talent landscape to stay ahead of hiring demand.

  • Drive Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and fix them. Implement best practices that improve speed, candidate experience, and hiring quality — with a particular eye on what works across different regions and cultures.

  • Deliver a Strong Candidate Experience: Build genuine relationships with candidates across all markets, ensuring every interaction — regardless of outcome — reflects well on AI Digital as an employer.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them on structured interviews, candidate evaluation, and regional hiring best practices to make confident, high-quality hires.

  • Contribute Beyond Recruiting: Get involved in broader people initiatives — employer branding, engagement, performance management — with a focus on how we show up as an employer across our key geographies.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  • 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience — we're specifically looking for someone who has worked as part of an internal TA or HR team, not an agency background.

  • Experience hiring across at least one of our key markets — LATAM, Europe, or the USA. Multi-region experience is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent English (C1) — you'll be working with candidates and stakeholders across geographies daily.

  • Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition best practices, and what good candidate experience looks like.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can juggle multiple roles and markets without dropping the ball.

  • Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work — whether for sourcing, writing, research, or process optimization.
