Team Lead Performance Optimization

Lead and develop the team of Performance Optimization managers, providing guidance and support for efficient campaign execution.

Provide transparency to the executive team on campaign progress, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives.

Oversee the execution of social and search ad campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, Apple Search, Linkedin, and more.

Maintain expert knowledge on ad specifications, ad units, and templates, ensuring compliance and optimal campaign performance.

Collaborate with the other team to create an effective strategy for campaign extensions.

Collaborate with the Media Optimization team to address concerns, provide strategic guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Proven Team Lead experience (teams of 4+ people).

Strong hands-on background in Search and Social performance marketing.

Experience owning KPIs, performance metrics, and team profitability.

Experience in large agencies or complex organizational structures.

Strong people management skills including performance reviews, bonuses, promotions, and difficult conversations.
